Leadership Message

In 2022, BizLink completed a major acquisition in Europe; as a result, with the addition of a new business unit focusing primarily on industrial solutions, structural changes were gradually integrated in 2023. First, our global footprint became more comprehensive, with additional production and office locations. Second,BizLink's solutions portfolio was expanded due to the gaining of new production capacity and technologies. Third, we acquired new high-end customers, increasing BizLink's share of wallets in high-end industrial applications. This also allowed us to explore new ways of working and thinking, enabling the Company to face more opportunities and challenges in the rapidly changing macro environment.

BizLink actively protects the environment that we all share while assuming social responsibility with concrete initiatives and actions, which are described in this Sustainability Report as the following:

Ongoing Environmental Protection

BizLink has directly included“corporate sustainability”in our operational strategies and set targets to strengthen carbon reduction and energy conservation measures. Compared to the previous year, BizLink has demonstrated considerable progress in our two major environmental indicators. First, our greenhouse gas (GHG) emission intensity has reduced by 18.8%, exceeding the set 6% annual reduction goal. Secondly, we expanded the use of clean energy to 18% of total energy consumption. These efforts further consolidate our commitment towards net-zero emissions by 2050.

Strengthening Ties with Society

BizLink is committed to social welfare around the world and have been committed to children's welfare, international medical and healthcare, building hospitals, and disease prevention. Despite economic turbulence in 2023, we continued our tradition of giving back to society, with global donations totaling approximately NT$19.176 million. Internationally, we also sustained our support for global nonprofit organizations, including UNICEF, World Vision, Doctors Without Borders, and donated to aid earthquake victims in Turkey, while back in Taiwan, besides our longterm support for the R&D program of Advanced Rocket Research Center to develop R&D talents for rockets and preserving marine life at Taiwan through the Kuroshio Ocean Education Foundation, we have also focused on caring for schools in remote areas that were often overlooked. By partnering with Lovely Taiwan Foundation, BizLink provided the teaching resources from the studios of Cloud Gate Dance Theater to elementary school students.
