BizLink Expands Global Reach with Acquisition of the Rolling Stock business of Alpha Elektrotechnik AG, Strengthening our Position in Key Industries

BizLink Holding Inc. (TWSE: 3665) (“BizLink”), a global leader in interconnect solutions, announced that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the rolling stock business of Alpha Elektrotechnik AG (“Alpha”) from Pfiffner Group (“Pfiffner”) via its’ German subsidiary BizLink elocab GmbH (“BizLink elocab”). The Alpha Disconnector business will remain within the Pfiffner Group and will be renamed to Pfiffner Schaltgeräte AG.

Alpha, is a Grenchen, Switzerland-based business that provides next generation high- voltage solutions to rolling stock customers worldwide. The acquisition of its rolling stock business will strengthen and complement BizLink elocab’s strong position, brand and product portfolio in the railway and transportation market and broaden its customer base.

The Pfiffner Group has found with BizLink an ideal partner for its globally successful rolling-stock cable business, BizLink will further develop and invest in the business in Grenchen and retain all employees. Both parties are committed to support a smooth transition for all parties involved.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The acquisition will be financed through an all-cash transaction. Further information will be provided upon the closing of this deal.
